KITCHEN A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric oven plus cooktop and coffee machine. LIVING Flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Stan & Foxtel, a large lounge, Dining table to seat 6, 3 breakfast bar chairs and ducted air-conditioning. OUTSIDE Outdoor entertaining area has an 8 seater outdoor setting, lounge, pizza oven & gas BBQ, cubby house and swing set. LINEN Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels. PETS This property is suitable for pets, however they are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. You are expected to clean up after your pet; an additional cleaning charge may apply if the home or the garden is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. OTHER Garage is NOT for guest use however there are 2 spaces in the driveway and on street parking available. Internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and clothesline. SECURITY BOND A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners). ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests. PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond. RATES & AVAILABILITY The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge. PLEASE NOTE Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay. Easter: 4 night minimum stay.
