Large restored villa with JACUZZI -panoramic views

Maya's father,Igor, met us upon arrival, and gave us a thorough introduction to the home and the area. He was a gracious host and was accessible throughout our stay for questions. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed – it was just what our two–family party of seven was looking for! Buzet is a great base for exploring Istria; Rovinj, Pula, Motovun and Grozjnan were within a short drive. The swimming pool, hot tub, table tennis, and foosball were all welcome amenities to return to after a day of exploring. We highly recommend Maja's home for your Istrian vacation! Henry- (FINLAND) Maja and her father was very friendly and the house was very clean and nice. There was a good Pizzeria nearby and more Restaurants in the small town of Buzet which was 1km away. Everything went very well with Maja and she helped us with everything we needed. If you want to explore Istria or just enjoy your holiday by the pool and jacuzzi the villa is very well located. This villa was absolutely perfect - all of the rooms were bright and airy and the pool, garden and barbecue were amazing. The whole villa was really clean and had everything we could have wanted. The pictures of the villa don't do it justice - the views are amazing and can be appreciated from every room in the villa, and from the pool too. The villa itself was very private, which we enjoyed...(see More Details) We went for a week and Maja was excellent at recommending places for us to visit whilst we were there. Everywhere was within driving distance so we had a lot of nice days out. We had a slight accident one day and Maja brought us over some medical supplies for it. Nice to have such a brilliant host at such a brilliant villa. Stacey -(DENMARK) The villa was wonderful! The house is very well equipped, and with the pool and view it was extra special. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a night out at the delicious pizza restaurant within walking distance. The villa was in a perfect location to take numerous day trips, to the beach and to all the amazing historical towns located nearby. Maya and her family were wonderful hosts providing us with everything we needed and more. It is located on the edge of village of Sv. Martin, with a panoramic view of the old town of Buzet (1.5km) and the entire surrounding area. The house is very tastefully decorated with some new restored furniture, and with many modern elements for better functionality and your comfort. In front of the house is a spacious garden (fully fenced) with big table in the shadow and near is a large terrace with another big table and beautiful panoramic view. On the lower level is the large garden with a swimming pool (8X4 m), space for relaxation and playground. On the terrace of the house is the jacuzzi for six person (215 x 215 cm) with amazing panoramic view. Whirlpool has water-heaters and 49 inbuilt jets for romantic atmosphere and relaxation. Villa 'Beli Mate' offers you peace, privacy and security for your perfect holiday. We are located in center of Istria from where you can easy explore all the magic peninsula, because Buzet has very good NEW road in all main directions.
