The upper city apartment - Features nice open concept living room and it is modernly furnished, and for entertainment there is a flat screen TV, Netflix and free WiFi (150 Mbps). Apartment is located in Zadar old town center, its in the quiet part of town near to the sea organ and greetings to the sun (200 meters). Its on the second floor, if necessary host Toni (owner) will help you carry your luggage. Apartment consists of one king sized bed and huge sofa (200x140) for one person. Building with thick stone walls (60 - 80 cm) make it an enjoyable stay for both summer and winter. The basic building blocks of historic building are autochthonous and environmental materials such as stone and wood. Apartment is newly renovated. The neighborhood is unique and in a quiet part of town. Property is located in the historic town center, as you leave the building there is anything that a tourist center of town with a rich history has to offer. Numerous monuments, churches, historical buildings, restaurants, cafes, shops ... Since we emphasize the famous church of St. Donatus and the episcopal residence of the Roman Forum (2 minute walk), sea organ and monument to the sun (5 minutes walk) Nearby are excellent restaurants, clubs, caffes, pastry shops, nightclubs and discos. The closest beach is Maestrala 600 meters, you can get there by "Barka" which is 2 minutes away, according to some, as old as 3000 years. It's a small boat that connects the mainland and the Zadar peninsula. Kolovare is a well known and popular beach among citizens and tourists. It was awarded a Blue Flag - a symbol of quality and purity of the sea. The beach is pebbly with paved areas and above it there is a pine forest that provides shade during hot summer days. Just in front of the building there is a paid public parking, and small free public parking for around 20 cars, sometimes during the peak season free parking is difficult.
