Parking spaces on site. Located 15 minutes walk from the Parée Beach (supervised), you will also have in the condominium a small shopping center, a bakery, a butcher-butcher-caterer, a creperie and a fast food. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, both are upstairs, one with twin beds (2x80x200) and another with two bunk beds 2x90x190. You will also have a trundle bed in the living room on the ground floor (2x90x190) The house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen (combined microwave, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker (filter and sachets), kettle, washing machine, small fridge, toaster). TV in the living room A bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
