Fiera 1 is in a complex of 4 one bedroom apartments sleeping 4 people each. Located halfway between the city and Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International airport, Fiera 1 is an inexpensive fully equipped apartment with private parking space (5 Euros per day), A/C, Free WiFi and perfectly connected to the city, to the beaches and to Fiera di Roma event and conference center. This rate includes: * Utilities * WiFi Internet connection * Courtesy kit (soap and shampoo) * In the apartments are pillows, blankets, bed sheets (for twin beds), towels, tea towel and bath mat * Final cleaning * Air conditioning (1.6-30.9) and heating (1.11-15.4) * Free local calls. * Cleaning assurance: if you do not find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment(s) cleaned again, free of charge. * 24 hours assistance for any issue not only pertaining to the apartment * Free healtcare 24h assistance in English, French, German and Spanish (Health advice, Medical dispatch, connection with the hospital, etc.) EXTRAS: * Use of the private internal parking space: 5 Euros per day * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (from 60 Euros up to 4 persons). * Baby cot (less than 2 yo) : free (please note that I do not provide linen, blankets or pillows for the baby cot) ***** ENGLISH ***** An amount of 30 € per stay will be required for the professional anti-covid apartment disinfection. CHECK IN TIME: any time after 2pm, but I am flexible! Please ask me for an early check-in possibility. Check-in always free of charge with automated procedure (Self Check-In, full settlement and ID required before arrival). As an alternative, if you require my presence for checking you in after 8pm, you will have to consider a late arrival fee of 30 Euros (before midnight) or 50 Euros (after midnight). These inexpensive apartments are in a perfect spot either you are a tourist visiting the Eternal City, you are attending to a Conference or you want to spend a few days on the seaside, either you are using the public transports or you have your own car (thanks to the private parking space). Located right opposite Ponte Galeria Station, on the line between Rome and Fiumicino airport, 14 minutes from the historical centre (Trastevere station), 2 minutes from Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre and 20 minutes from Rome's beaches. To get to Fiera di Roma Exhibition Centre you can either walk (800 metres or 1/2 mile, but 200 metres are dangerous to walk, because without side walk, take a train from ponte Galeria station to Fiera station (1,50 Euros, 2 minutes) or take bus 808 (1,50 Euros, 5 minutes). Either station and bus stop are just in front of the apartment.
