Indulge & experience a rural gem 10 mins to Terrigal Beach. Perfect for newlyweds, couples or for a quiet family retreat, the sleeping arrangements can be configured to suit requirements. COVID 19 We are thoroughly cleaning and sanitising the house and all linens between every guest stay. We are verifying guest’s location beforehand. We take the health and safety of our guests, staff, and family seriously. If you are from an area identified as a hotspot or in close proximity to a hotspot we will cancel your booking or require you to pay for a professional Covid 19 deep clean completed by our cleaners at the additional cost of $250 to you. This fee needs to be paid for prior to check in. Please check our cancellation and refund policy prior to booking. THE COTTAGE: Offers the very best of creature comforts with luxury touches. The main bedroom features a king size bed (as pictured) while the second bedroom features three singles or can be configured into a king bed and single upon your request. There is an additional single bed in the curtained living area for a 6th guest. Please note there is an additional $50 fee for a 6th guest. WEDDING ACCOMMODATION: The cottage and gardens are available to book for wedding parties to stay the evening before your wedding, to prepare the morning of your wedding and to stay your wedding night. You are welcome to use the award winning gardens for photography. There is an additional fee of $500 for wedding accommodation. This covers the use of consumables by extra people onsite involved in your wedding preparations and our time to be onhand to assist with parking and any queries. There is a cap on the number of vehicles that can park in our carpark and strict parking arrangements for onstreet parking. Message the host to enquire. THE HOBBY FARM: 2 x small citrus groves, 1 x veggie patch, several chicken coops & a paddock. If you'd like a tour of the hobby farm, just ask as we will need to accompany you when in these areas of the property. A tour is subject to our availability at the time. RELAX & soak in the cast iron bath, snuggle up to someone special in front of the fireplace (only available during Winter months with booking in advance at an additional cost of $25 for wood each night and a $25 cleaning fee and is subject to the availability of wood which since the fires and Covid 19 is more expensive and difficult to source. We ask you do not provide your own as the fireplace requires specific wood to burn clean and efficiently), enjoy a BBQ in the Mediterranean courtyard or wander through the expansive award-winning gardens set against beautiful rainforest teaming with birdlife.
