This means you have everything you need close by however you may just opt for a simple fish and chips on the beach, a beer at the local surf club or just to sit back and revel in what the Little Mermaid Holiday House has to offer. Inside features timber floorboards, contemporary modern furniture, large open living room, dining area, second living area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. We suggest on the sunny days to open the sliding stacker doors up to the deck to create the ultimate indoor-outdoor living space to enjoy with your family and guests while you watch the kids swim in the plunge pool or why not just get in there yourself. The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + powder room and separate spa bathroom. The bedding configuration as follows: Bedroom 1 – King, Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed (double on the bottom & single on the top), Bedroom 3 - Queen, Bedroom 4 – King single + 1 single bunk and there are also 2 addition fold away beds to cater for a couple of extra children + a king single.
