This stylish, contemporary and attractive waterfront home is a great option for your family or friends getaway. The house with full width verandah has beautiful north facing views of Jervis Bay, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Orion beaches on your doorstep! The house sleeps 12, but please, a maximum of 8 adults. Follow us on Instagram - @harlequinbeachhouse ** Please note ** Please note that due to the nature of the bunk beds in the property, Harlequin Beach House is not suitable for more than 8 adults. Strictly NO PARTIES at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. ** Booking for peak season 2022/23 (16 Dec 2022 to 24 Jan 2023) ** The changeover day for this property for the 2022/23 peak season is Thursday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact The Holidays Collection and we will be happy to assist. Peak season bookings are often most easily made directly with us. ** Where will I be? ** Harlequin Beach House has direct beach access across the cycle path. The house is set well back from the cycle path allowing a great feeling of privacy. The local shops are close by, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach. The boat ramp at Plantation Point is 450 metres down the road. ** Why choose Harlequin Beach House? ** Harlequin Beach home is a spacious, well designed, well built and beautifully appointed home. The clever design makes the most of the natural light views of the bay, and the well appointed kitchen is a dream to cook in. ** How is the property laid out? ** When you enter Harlequin Beach House you will find the bunk room immediately to your right and the laundry to your left. Further down the hall you will find the shared bathroom, plus a third toilet, the two bedrooms both with a queen and king single bed as well as the entrance to the courtyard and BBQ area. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, with ensuite and king bed, as well as access to the verandah with views over the bay to wake up to. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area have views of the bay and access to the wide verandah, a perfect place to sit back and relax! ** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? ** This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. A Google Chromecast is fitted to the main TV to allow your own usage of Netflix etc Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan. ** What about outdoors? ** There are so many great outdoor options at Harlequin Beach House, including a good sized front lawn, and the glass sliding doors lead straight to the internal courtyard that provides adequate shelter from any north-easterly wind, or just a sunny outdoor space in cooler months. You can not beat the views from large full width verandah and an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. ** Staying warm or keeping cool?! ** Harlequin Beach House has reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living area for year round comfort, along with ceiling fans and electric heaters in the bedrooms. The bathrooms also have under floor heating and heated towel rails. In summer, a lovely northeasterly breeze typically blows through the house from late morning onwards. ** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? ** Harlequin Beach House supplies sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel however. ** Parking for cars, boats etc? ** There is plenty of parking at Harlequin Beach House. There are two parking spaces inside the garage, as well as off street parking for up to six cars, so plenty of room to park a boat as well. ** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? ** Yes! Pets are welcome to stay at Harlequin Beach House (in a fully secure yard) subject to the following: - Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house - Absolutely no dogs on the furniture - Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately - Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure - thank you! ** What are the minimum stay rules? ** There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January. ** Are there any special peak season rules? ** Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. ** Is there any special information I should know about? ** Please be aware that security cameras are present on the outside of the property, pointing towards gates, the beach side steps and lawned area and down the side access ways. These will not impact your privacy at all and are purely for security purposes when the house is vacant. ** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? ** This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. We have over 270 properties in Kiama, Gerringong, Gerroa, Berry, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the Southern Highlands. We offer guests 24/7 customer service - emergency calls only after hours, please.
