Two room apartment in the heart of the village. Its area is 38m2 located on the 4th floor which allows it to have a beautiful sea view. It consists : - A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fireplace and a TV (TNT antenna and satellite antenna astra). - A small fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, microwave / multifunction, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. - A bedroom with a 180x190 bed with storage cabinet; - A bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer, wc. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and heating. - A balcony with a table and deck chair. Its location allows you to enjoy the city on foot since the beaches are 5 minutes. Many shops are located a few meters from the apartment as well as a food market every morning and a large market on Tuesdays. You are 10 minutes walk from the train station. If you prefer to come by car several paying car parks just 5 minutes walk with possibility of taking a subscription to the week. the city is very nice with a marina, walk on the harbor completely renovated, several beaches, a nice walk along the coast. The city has a gaming casino with a nightclub, tennis court, cinema and bowling alley. You can visit Marseille at 50kms, Toulon at 15 km, the beautiful village of Castellet and the Paul Ricard Islands ... A host will give you the keys. He can pick you up by car from the station, accompany you for your shopping, excursions ... for an additional cost. Bed linen and cleaning are not included in the price but you can rent it if you wish - linen for 10 € per person - the cleaning is 30 €. A deposit check will be asked and returned if the cleaning is done. ,
