Beautiful panoramic villa surrounded by a lovely garden, near the city center of Gaeta and 6 km from Formia, from where gusts can catch ferries to the islands of Ponza and Ventotene. The property has been beautifully renovated highlighting the original features of the villa, it has equally been decorated and furnished with the upmost care and attention to detail. There are a total of four bedroom and four bathrooms with an additional bed on a mezzanine in one of the rooms. The house has a lovely terrace where guests can enjoy a meal ‘al fresco’ and the private pool has plenty of sun loungers for guests to enjoy during the summer months. The villa is surrounded by large lawns accessible to guests (a gardener has free access to the garden). The villa consists of a main building and 2 annexes. Please note: Access to the house via a narrow street. The house is ideally located for visiting both the main attractions along the northern coast, like Sperlonga (15 Km), Terracina (37 km) but also for sightseeing places in the south, such as Caserta with its Palace, and Naples (85 km) with its port of embarkation to Capri and Ischia.
