Cap Ferret Cabane 2 à 3 personnes "The Surf Shack"

Outbuilding at the bottom of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface is 36m2 and its private terrace, which is roughly the same size, is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The chalet is originally intended to accommodate just a couple, but we can add an extra bed for a child. There is no separate bedroom however. The chalet is located 300m from Horizon beach, the only monitored ocean beach in Cap Ferret, as well as from the cycle path that crisscrosses the forest. The landing stage and its two restaurants on the edge of the Bassin are only 10 minutes away on foot, as is the market which is open every day during the holidays. The bakery and the supermarket which are at the foot of the Lighthouse as well as the Boulevard de la Plage and all its shops are within a radius of barely 1km. You will have WiFi and can enjoy a large flat screen TV with TNT channels, USB socket and Blu-ray player. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction domino, a 40L mini oven, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle , a Senseo coffee machine and a dining table. The terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, a dining table as well as parasols and a barbecue is at your disposal. You will find mattress cover, duvet and pillows as well as a bath mat. However, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT PROVIDED. 10 € will be charged in addition per night in case of forgetting.
