L'HERMITAGE

The residence of the Hermitage overlooks the beach and offers a 360 degree panoramic view of the Channel and the surrounding countryside. A large welcoming entrance leads to a living-dining room of 110m² with pool table, complete the ground floor of two rooms of 20m², an office in the old world charm, all adjoining professional kitchen and 20m² kitchenette. After the 1st floor a large landing, master bedroom (36m²) and bathroom (25m²) equipped with a Jacuzzi, and steam room; then four bedrooms, three with their own bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom and two other rooms have a 60m² terrace facing the sea. On the 2nd floor, a landing -small lounge opens onto a corridor leading to four bedrooms with sink and a bathroom-toilet. In the 5000m Park are sports facilities: tennis courts and adjoining veranda of 60m²; pool 30 x 11. 5. 80 heated to 25 °; pool house of 75m² including bar, shower, toilet.
