The apartment Abendrot with separate entrance offers 20 sqm for two people. In the kitchen there is a galley kitchen (2 hot plates, fridge with 2-star freezer, sink), a table, two chairs, a sofa and a bookshelf with exchange library and music system (MP3 connection). The kitchen is additionally equipped with a toaster and kettle. You also have free Wi-Fi. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 140 cm), bedside table, wardrobe, clothes ladder and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a small sink. On the large terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a beach chair, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun to your heart's content. The apartment includes a paid car parking (3 EUR / day) and a bicycle bar for two bikes directly at the house. Please note: As our non-smoking apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. Therefore, no pets are allowed in our non-smoking apartments.   The underfloor heating is powered by geothermal heat, the hot water heated by a solar system and flushed the toilets with rainwater. We source 100% of our electricity from renewable energy sources. The renovation in spring 2015 was carried out exclusively with natural colors of the companies AURO, Biofa and LinTop.  We are happy to advise you on excursions on the island of Usedom.
