It is in this magnificent setting that Mr. Capo has magnificently renovated "le clos de la Durande" , this set of constructions is composed of his dwelling house as well as the gite of Peyra Taillade. On site: Multiple hiking trails for walks, biking or snowshoeing, observation of flora and fauna, finally it is the ideal place of observation for those passionate about astronomy! A little further: The gorges of the Allier with many whitewater activities, the village of Saugues where you can, among other things, discover the legends of Gévaudan .... A little further still: The town of Puy en Velay is its many buildings classified as UNESCO heritage (half an hour's drive), the town of Brioude recognized among other things for its famous watercolor biennial and its basilica with remarkable architecture. The entrance to the cottage is through a common courtyard of 300m2. On the ground floor is the living space, this very bright room is nicely arranged around a central wood stove. Upstairs are: two bedrooms, the first has two 90cm beds and the second has a 140cm bed; a bathroom with walk-in shower and finally a second toilet.
