The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. The main bedroom has a king bed and built in wardrobes with own shower and toilet area. Bedroom 2 & 3 have a double beds and built in wardrobes. The 4th room has a single bed and study area. There is a beautiful gardens surrounding the property and a crystal clear pool at the front of the property. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings.
