Villa "La Motte" has a charming view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains that surround it. It is an independent flat with a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, the living room and the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven and kettle. The patio overlooks the well-kept garden where children can play and it is possible to dine with family or friends or simply relax by reading a book facing the beautiful view of the lake. There is also a swimming pool and a smart-tv. The owner Susanna and her family live upstairs and will welcome you , alternatively the keys are inside a safety box. Luino is 2km far away. From the port of the village it is possible to take ferries and reach the enchanting locations of Maggiore Lake. it is also possible to rent bicycles for a fee. From Malpensa airport there is a train that takes 1 hour and a half to reach Luino and once you arrive at the station, on request, Susanna can pick you up. The cats of the family also live in the garden. The swimming pool is open from 01 June to 31 August.
