This beautiful corner ground floor apartment is composed of 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave...), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and two wonderful garden terraces where you can sunbathe and start the day sharing a good breakfast. It offers completely free Wi-Fi to be able to always be connected and a private parking space to store our car. The community has two landscaped community pools (one for children and one for adults) where you can cool off on summer days and sunbathe while your children play. Remember that the pool is only open in the summer season. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Groups of young people under 25 years of age, celebrating parties or exceeding the maximum capacity of the property are not accepted. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the clients will be evicted immediately.
