Fully functional and well equipped home boasting open plan living/dining, hard flooring for easy care and cleaning, stone bench tops, dishwasher, fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, microwave, oven and induction cook top, desk with free WIFI and large outdoor deck and BBQ. Sufficient dinnerware and utensils for two families, supplied essential items such as paper towel, dish-washing liquid, tea-towels, dishcloth, dishwasher tablets and basic food items such as tea/ coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Four bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, one with bath, and hair dryer provided. Toilet paper supplied. Separate laundry with dryer, iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies. Linens and towels are provided, porter cot and highchair and safety gate for stairs can be provided on request. This home is perfect for a family getaway. Guests have full access to home, garage is unavailable. The Neighbourhood... Caves Beach Coastal Getaway is set in a quiet street, two blocks away from local convenience stores, pharmacy, cafes, restaurant, gift shop, fish and chip shop and then just a two minute walk away from those we have the local hotel bar, bottle shop and restaurant. Coles, Woolworths, newsagent, post office and other local business are a two minute drive away with ample parking available. We are also a quick walk to a local playground and patrolled beach where you can explore rock pools and of course the caves! If you prefer the lake then we have that too! The ideal spot for a picnic, swim, fish, paddle board or boating adventure! Getting around... Off street parking is preferred, we have a large driveway. Getting around locally is easy, lots of essential business are all in walking distance.
