Villa Parralito Ingenio is a dream house with lots of space, privacy, security and calm surrounded by a natural environment (no one around)   It has a great garden with 2.000m2 (fruit trees and spacious lawn area for kids to run around and play) large spaces (both exterior and interior and bedrooms) and a separate playground for children (toys included), with front lawn.   Completely secured for children as the indoor pool can be closed with automatic blinds. There is no need to be afraid of your child(ren) falling in. Indoor pool (heatable with surcharge) for summer and winter use.   Absolutely children friendly. This house is Ideal for big families, or people looking for luxury, and total privacy.    There are 4 bedrooms and two extra ones located in the lower part of the building. There are 3 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with anything you can ask for: Nespresso coffee machine included, dishwasher, blender etc.    Washing machine, or tumble dryer are as well to be found, great terraces and a professional BBQ would complete the day of your holiday relax.   This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbors.   ATTENTION: The number of bedrooms opened will be according to the number of adults involved in the reservation. E.g 4 people =two bedrooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms   ** A security deposit is required for incidentals.
