Description: Beautiful countryside villa with pool and large garden located in Petra, in the centre of Mallorca. This fantastic finca has a swimming pool, a garden, furnished terraces, a barbecue and outdoor parking. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. It is perfect for spending a peaceful and relaxing holiday with family or friends. The house, done in Mallorcan style, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace. The upper floor has three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a small reading room. The villa is located in a quiet area in the countryside, on the outskirts of Petra, the nearest town. Petra is a small village, very quiet and beautiful, in the centre of Mallorca. There you can visit the Puig de Bonany, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the island. Wednesday is market day, a great opportunity to walk around the village and buy fresh local products. In July and August you can enjoy various traditional festivals. The villa is 20 km from the quiet unspoilt beach of Son Serra de Marina. If you prefer a livelier area, visit Can Picafort, one of the most famous tourist resorts of Mallorca, 25 km from the villa. In Can Picafort you can enjoy its wonderful sandy beach, as well as countless restaurants, bars, pubs and shops.
