On the edge of a small village overlooking the gorges of the Allier, Le Clos is a pleasantly restored independent farmhouse offering an unobstructed view. Nearby: direct access to the river 500 m (unsupervised swimming), Blassac 9 km (church), Lavoûte-Chilhac 11 km (Clunisian priory, bridge over the Allier, swimming, white water sports), Brioude 16 km (basilica, old quarters, hotel de la Dentelle, museum, salmon house, weekly market, all shops and services). Through the terrace, you access the fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with wc. On the lower 1/2 level (garden level): 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom with wc. 1/2 upper level (former barn section), a large living room (TV, fireplace with closed hearth) topped by a mezzanine with 2 single beds. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) , shower room with wc. Terrace (15m²) and enclosed grounds (300m²) Services: Central heating included in the price. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge. Rental of sheets = 6 €. Note: A cleaning deposit of € 60 will be payable on site in the event that you have not taken out the option. Sheets: not included / no rental: customers must bring their own bed linen.
