Adorned by a large flower garden, Chalet Marlene boasts a completely natural swimming pond, which does not use any type of chemical product and allows you to cool off in the summer amidst mountain water lilies and aquatic plants. In winter it is not suitable for swimming as it is not heated, but it enriches the view from your apartment. The Finnish sauna in the house completes this wonderful picture. There are 4 apartments with a stunning panoramic view of the Dolomites and a pleasant, modern alpine design. All of them come with a balcony or terrace/veranda. This makes it particularly suitable for large groups, as the seminar and conference room with all the necessary equipment can be rented on request. In winter, the location is simply perfect, given the ideal combination of centrality and distance from the Bronta and Miara ski lifts, which are just a short walk away (approx. 300 m), allowing you to reach both Plan de Corones in one direction and the Alta Badia / Sellaronda area in the other. Guests can also make use of a ski deposit, at a discounted rate, at the Miara cable car, so you do not have to carry their skis and boots to and from home. Staying at Chalet Marlene, you will have the entire Dolomiti Superski ski area at your disposition! In summer, however, Chalet Marlene gives its best, boasting maximum tranquility despite being in the heart of the town San Vigilio. The first mountain paths are within walking distance and the most beautiful walks in San Vigilio pass right behind the house. The summer temperatures also allow you to fully enjoy the magnificent garden with its natural pond, immersing you in a unique and magical world. The delightful fragrance from Marlene’s herb garden invites you to serve yourself for the perfect seasoning of your dishes. Being in the town center, you do not need to use your car, as all the services of San Vigilio are within walking distance.
