Set amongst more than 10 acres of tall timber on a steep undulating landscape, this newly built, two bedroom, two bathroom small home has high ceilings and a designer kitchen. We are located 3.8km from the heart of Montville and 23km from Alexandra Headland beach . A hinterland escape in a convenient location. Main bedroom has an ensuite. There is a second bathroom with a fully equipped laundry. A large deck with views to the East is an excellent bird watching location with many native animals and birds being sighted on the property. There is an ethanol firepit on the deck plus a BBQ, gas bottle and one five litre container of ethanol provided. Another separate under cover fire 20 metres from the house is available to enjoy the chilly hinterland evenings with a glass of wine, all wood is provided. Note: outdoor open fire not available during high fire danger or windy weather. Internet and Netflix available with a short drive to many Sunshine Coast attractions and National Parks. No Parties , any visiting guests must leave before 10pm. There is an infinity deck with a 1.8 metre drop/no railings. Only suitable for supervised children over 13 years of age. No pets. The owners reside on the property in a separate dwelling 40 metres away and have consideration for the privacy of the guests. Owners and guests share carparking with two designated parks for guests.
