Unique Sevillian Palace-House in Santa Cruz. Abades Terrace
This is a unique Palace-house. The building has high ceilings, wooden floors and coffered ceilings, spacious areas, large glass windows, the patios and galleries ... Without a doubt this is one of the most special places in Seville. It is the perfect house for those looking for something more than a stay in Seville, a unique occasion, a unique moment, and an unforgettable experience. (Important note: The House is located in a building which shares the entrance and elevator with two more independent apartments). The access to the house is through a typical Sevillian Palace-house patio. Through the patio you can access two large bedrooms, both with a private sitting area, an en-suite bathroom and two single beds (1.05 x 2.00m each). Through the private patio you can also access the staircase of the house, which leads to a mezzanine with a very spacious third bedroom with a double bed (1,80 x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom and private living area. Through a beautiful gallery of the main floor you can access a very spacious fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful majestic living room with separate living and dining areas. The quality, the ceilings and the decoration deserve special mention. Without leaving the central gallery you can access three more bedrooms, all of them with a private living area and an en-suite bathroom. Two of them have two individual beds (1.05 x 2.00m each) and the other a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m). On this floor you will also have access to an independent bathroom which will be used mainly by the guests staying in the seventh bedroom, which can reach by a small staircase. This bedroom has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00m). Finally, the House also has a furnished private terrace which is accessed through a common area that the house shares with two apartments and going up one more floor. Despite having to go out to a common area to reach the terrace, this is totally exclusive for the use of the guests of the house. The apartment is located on Abades street, in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood, a few meters from the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace, the Giralda tower, etc. It is the oldest and most historical area of Seville, mostly with pedestrian streets and surrounded by old churches, palaces, monuments, etc. In the area there is a grocery store and all kinds of stores, as well as numerous tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.
