Ideally Located Favoriten, Vienna’s 10th district, is located in the southern part of the city and takes its name from the former Favorita hunting castle. Vienna’s central station and business district “Hauptbahnhof” is located in this district. It hosts a variety of Vienna’s largest companies and provides the city's best transportation infrastructure (within Vienna as well as quick direct airport access and best international train connections). The lovely Favoritenstraße, lined with cafes, restaurants, and shops, is one of Vienna's pedestrian zones and serves as the district's main artery. Another neighborhood highlight is the open air Viktor-Adler Markt, which has an abundance of fresh produce as well as stalls selling a variety of clothing, housewares, and specialty items. A Few Things To Note This Blueground apartment can be booked for a minimum of one month, to a year or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. As guidelines evolve around COVID-19, certain community amenities may have temporarily restricted access and our prices are updated to reflect this. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own apartments with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured. A security deposit of 1500€ is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
