Our apartment is brand new in a traditional Italian building. It is stylish, sleek, and has the most incredible panoramic views of the lake from its' two balconies, with surrounding large windows. Yes you will see the floating piers from the balcony or less then 5 minute walk to the entrance from Sulzano. There are two large bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with a queen bed. The living room has a sofa that pulls out to sleep one very comfortably. There is one bathroom and an additional toilet in the laundry room. The bathroom has a rain shower and large relaxing whirlpool spa. It is located steps away from the lake and main town that has a train station, ferry, grocery store, pharmacy, butcher shop, fruit shop, restaurants and bars.
