This is Victor Rojas 2 neighborhood. It’s a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. The apartment comes with queen size bed, 32’ Roku tv, WiFi, private bathroom, a/c window unit in the bedroom, living room and kitchenette combo, refrigerator, mini stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, air mattress is available if needed. Laundry room is right outside the apartment. The apartment is attached to the main home and is located in the back of the home with its own private entrance. Self check-in with lock box. Please go through the check-in instructions once reservation is confirmed. Lock box code is in the instructions as well as directions to get to the home and how to get to the apartment in the back. Once reservation is confirm I will send guest the correct address. Social distancing enforced and face mask must be wore in all public places. Check out is at 11am. A $50 fee is charged for late check-out after the first hour.
