Quality linen & towels provided. 2 Canoes, crab pot & fishing rod, 3 bicycles, toys, board games. Portable cot Toiletries and cleaning products for first days of stay. Bedrooms are spacious with quality mattresses & linen. Main bedroom has queen bed, walk in robe, TV & ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen bed & large robe Third bedroom has 1 King single bed. Suit a child or teenager. Large robe, childrens toys and books. (Extra single bed for a child by pre arrangement with owner, charge applies) The home has is a separate apartment and office at front of house for owners use, with separate access. Guest has exclusive use of all facilities as per description. Minimum age for booking and check in is 25 yo. We require photo ID on arrival. We will meet you on arrival with keys. After hours self check in, by pre arrangement. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarket, pizzeria, Sushi, fish & chips, wine/bottle shop & bakery 2 mins walk. Surfers Paradise beach, arts precinct, convention centre, casino, Pacific Fair shopping centre ,Turf club & Carrera stadium are only mins drive away. The home is approximately 30 minutes from the Gold Coast airport and only one hour from Brisbane airport. Byron Bay, rainforest & hinterland walks, Springbrook Park, Mount Tamborine, Warning, Sunshine Coast & Australia Zoo (Steve Irwin Zoo) are all easy day trips If you require anything during your stay, please let us know. We can help with itinerary or restaurant suggestions. Other things to note: To ensure a high standard for guests, the home and neighbourhood, council and insurance compliance, we request that you observe a few conditions: * Photo ID required upon checking in. * Minimum age of 25yo for bookings and main check in person. * No excessive noise, parties, gatherings or commercial events allowed. Major disturbance to our neighbours may result in termination of rental. * Number of guests not to exceed those booked for and pre-approved by owner. If extra guests charges apply or you may be asked to leave the property. * No sleeping on sofas. Beds will be made up as per booking. * No Smoking in the house or decks. * Pets are not allowed * Quiet time between 10 pm and 7am. No use of pool during these times * Air conditioning to be turned off when going out, when doors open and on your departure. * If planning additional guests to visit, pre arrange with owner. (No large groups or full day visits & visitors to leave by 10pm) * No use of illegal substances on premises * Any damage and theft are the booking guest's responsibility and will be charged for. * Dispose of garbage in the correct external bins. Please comply with garbage collection arrangements. (Manager will advise if required) * On departure, please leave the home tidy, wipe kitchen benches & wash crockery. * Clean BBQ if used (Extra BBQ cleaning fee applies) * All keys left on kitchen bench and key safe, and garage remote control on wall. Charges apply for lost keys or garage remote control. * Bicycles and kayaks for guest use, please care for them and return them to the house. Charges apply for lost property. If not complied with, you may be asked to leave, forfeit your booking fee or have extra charges applied.
