Fifty shades of blue La Dimora Turchese is an independent villa, with large outdoor equipped spaces. It is a two-floor villa, furnished with attention to details and with every shade of blue. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with view on the garden and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is another double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace with view on the sea, while on the raised ground floor there are the living room and modern kitchen with island, the furnished balcony with access to the garden equipped with an outdoor dining area. The surroundings of La Dimora Turchese La Dimora Turchese is ideal for a holiday by the beach dedicated to relax. It`s 100 meters away from the sea and the beach establishments. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
