This home has four bedrooms and three full baths. Three bedrooms have king beds in them. One bedroom has two queens. There is also a pull out couch in a semi-private room for additional guests. Three full baths all have combo tub/showers in them. This home is located near the center of the island in the Sawgrass Bluff neighborhood, which has its own pool and crabbing dock. All amenities of Fripp are just a short golf cart ride away. The large deck on the rear of the home overlooks the marsh. Watch the sunset directly over the Fripp Island Marina. ****This is a new house to the rental market. It has never been rented before. It will be ready for Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals starting July 18th. I am sorry for the lack of photos at this time. I will add more pictures as the rooms are transformed. This home has been the second home of my parents for a long time. All new pillows, sheets, bedding, towels, etc will be purchased for the home before it will be rented. My sister and I are working to get everything ready to go. We are Fripp Club members so amenity cards will be available for purchase. No golf cart included but there are several options to rent in Beaufort and on Fripp. I will update this listing with better pictures as soon as I can.
