We have a 2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum for all long weekends, 4 night minimum for Easter and 7 night minimum for Christmas School Holidays. Situated on the lake front at beautiful Dolphin Point on the South Coast of NSW this 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is freshly painted with new carpets & flooring. Property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people with 2 Queen beds, 2 single beds & 2 sets of single bunks. Ducted Aircon & the beautiful sea breeze will keep you cool during the hot summer months. We are situated right on Burrill Lake which is directly across the road. Beautiful spot for swimming. Large grass reserve for the kids to run around. Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster etc. 2.5 bathrooms with ensuite for main bedroom and bath with shower over top in 2nd bathroom. Laundry has a washing machine. As well as the ducted air conditioning we have pedestal fans throughout the house. PLEASE NOTE... This property is non smoking and is not pet friendly.
