The land with lawn and garden is equipped with table tennis, slide and swing, barbecue, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor dining; beautiful inground and illuminated bean-shaped pool with privacy, equipped with shower, sunbeds, deckchairs and parasols; the access road has a stretch of about 200 m dirt road. Ground floor: living room with satellite TV and bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; two bathrooms WC; living room with TV and fireplace, with direct exit to the garden; kitchen with direct exit into the garden; with independent access from outside a double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
