The family farmhouse is 2 km from the beach in the middle of 4 hectares of wooded meadows at the foot of the vineyards of the hill of La Colle Noire in Pradet. The house of 200 m2 can accommodate 12 people easily and is perfect for a large family, two friendly families, grandparents who want to gather their grandchildren ... etc. There are 4 real rooms and a mezzanine with 4 beds.
