The Pond House, A Belgrade Lakes Destination

As you enter the private gated entrance to The Pond House and descend through our fields, you will be in awe at the most picturesque vista in the Belgrade Lakes area. Positioned on several hundred private acres, the Pond House was built in 2020. It sits close to the waters edge and provides easy boating access to Long Pond and Belgrade Lakes Village. The house is handicap accessible, tastefully decorated with an open floor concept and sleeps 8. The main house has two queen size bedrooms. The attached annex also has a handicap bathroom and a queen size bed and full size bed. We offer three kayaks, two canoes and a paddleboat. There is a large dock, swim raft and inner tubes. The large screened porch makes for enjoyable bug free evenings. Outside enjoy sitting around the fire pit, playing a game of corn hole or relaxing in the hammock. There are miles of walking trails that you can access directly from the house. We only accept one week rentals during July and August. IF YOU CARE TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN TOWELS AND SHEETS, PLEASE LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME AND WE WILL DEDUCT $200 FROM YOUR RENTAL FEE. THE POND HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR WINTER RENTALS.
