This residence has entrances secured by digicode making it possible to arrive independently. The apartment Camus, with a surface area of 82m2 is located on the second floor without elevator. It has : A large modern and fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) as well as a central kitchen table allowing you to take your meals. A living room area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a large television and a sound bar. Two bathrooms, each with a large Italian shower, a dekton furniture and basin, an illuminated mirror with different functions and a towel dryer. The two toilets are separated. Two bedrooms, one equipped with a king size bed 180x200, the other with two single beds. A large terrace equipped to enjoy the outside. The double-glazed windows and the acoustic and thermal quality of the insulation during the renovation will allow you a very comfortable stays from a few days to several months.
