Hi ! Our home offers a very open living, dining and kitchen space. - We have four spacious bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms - Our yard is large and beautifully kept. The perfect outdoor space to hang, play and BBQ. (Putting Green, Cornhole, Large Jenga, Lounge area w/ Fire Pit, Outdoor dining, Gas Grill, Soccer net & mini field + Some toys in the box for our little visitors) We have renovated the entire home, so all spaces feel bright, clean and new. The home is very safe & set up perfectly for families! ** Please note we do not allow any gatherings of guests who are not in the original booking. If you are looking to host additional friends & family, this is not the home for you to book - Thank you. The home is comfortably furnished, washer and dryer and all cooking needs should be met. We have ALL necessary beach gear for a fun day down at one of our many local beaches! (chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, floats, standup paddle board, foam surf boards - adults and kids - sand toys and the use of our parking pass, which gives you free parking at all of the local beaches!) Before we get any further we want to very clear about our house rules: - Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am -No Parties - we live in a residential neighborhood and expect our guests to be respectful to our neighbors. This means only the registered guests approved in the booking process are allowed on premises. -No pets -Booking guest needs to send their photo ID along with a list of all the guests who will be staying. - No Smoking on the property Additional information: Loma Alta is a quiet and safe neighborhood in Oceanside, just up the hill from the beach & downtown, a quick 5 min drive! We are a short walk to a beautiful park, Buddy Todd Park - lots of green space and a fun playground for kids, we walk there several times a week with our kids when in town. North County SD offers so much from breweries, beaches, parks, hikes and all sorts of shopping & entertaining. We love to show people around and will have a long list of activities for you to enjoy if you choose. We love our home so much, we have the most wonderful neighbors and community around us. I know you will love staying here too! Since we live here part of the year with our young boys we really feel that this home will feel like home to you. Aesthetically we like to keep our house clean and minimal, but we are certain you would find all you need in order to cook a delicious meal, play in the yard with your kids or head down to the beach with all the necessities. We are happy to have the home well stocked for visitors of all kinds! **please note that we do have ring security cameras for security purposes only. We will never watch any guests. We simply have them there as backup security while we are away from the property. We want to be very up front about them though to ensure all guests feel respected and understand why we have them.
