Set amongst a tropical setting behind secure private gates you can laze by the pool, bbq on the back deck or maybe just catch up with your favourite shows on Netflix. The Space: This gorgeous home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with all Hotel grade linen, towels and amenities supplied. This stunning home features ducted air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Our high end kitchen is fully stocked with everthing you need to cook up a storm (if you are so inclined) although some of Byrons best restaurants and cafes are a short stroll away. The main house includes 3 great size bedrooms, living room and 2 bathrooms, whilst the studio also on the property is fully self contained and has bedroom, living and bathroom, perfect for teenagers, grandparents, or another couple. Small pets considered on application. The Neighborhood: Perfectly located in Byron, 10 min walk to the centre of town. Across the road from The General Store 3 min walk to Bay Grocer Short stroll to the glorious beaches of Byron Other Things to Note: Please note the following: *House guests only, other guests on specific arrangement with the host *Strict No Party Policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline $165 per call out fee plus $55 admin fee). *NO Bucks/Hens parties or Schoolie/School leaver groups permitted. *No smoking whatsoever anywhere on the property *A $1000 security bond is required which is fully refunded providing no damage or regulations are breached.
