You will fall in love with Livingston's character, beauty and friendly locals. The Downtown Lovely is one of 15 apartments in a beautiful, historic building that was once a hotel in 1908 during Livingston's heyday as the original entrance to Yellowstone National Park; this newly updated, bright space is all you need for a quick weekend in Livingston or a longer stay for work or travel. Did we mention, it is just lovely ... The one bedroom apartment is located on the second level with extra tall ceilings, large windows, a newly remodeled kitchen with updated appliances and a large bathroom with clawfoot tub. The living room has a couch that converts to a very nice queen size sleeper sofa, smart TV, Victrola record player and a few eclectic tunes. The quaint dining area has seating for 4, and a large desk for any "work from home" needs. The apartment has high speed internet and guests of the the apartment can use the laundry to the building if needed. Well behaved pets are allowed with PRIOR approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee. They must be kept on leash and there is no area for them to do their business unless you walk around the block (and of course pick up after your pooch!). They are not to be left unattended (and not barking) in the apartment. Parking is 2 hour just in front of the apartment, but less than 1 block away are city streets where cars can be left overnight and longer than 2 hours.
