Le Studio duplex 2/4 pers piscine + sauna

Our cottage is located in a wooden thatched cottage, quiet in a bucolic setting. It has its own entrance overlooking the common garden which has its garden furniture and a collective barbecue. 35 m2 is ideal for 2 but can accommodate up to 3/4 people (less comfort, "sofa bed" in the living room). Ground floor: Kitchen / lounge area with 1 sofa bed (140x190), separate WC. Flat screen TV. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 independent bathroom. The above-ground swimming pool is open in fine weather and is shared by all the lodgings. A sauna (€ 15 for one hour session, closed during very cold periods and after 8:00 p.m.). Options: Bed linen and towels (12 € per person), cleaning fee (40 €). The optional packages and the deposit (500 € by uncashed credit card imprint or cash deposit) are to be paid on site on arrival. Free parking and wifi. Animals not admitted. Non-smoking gîte.
