Fantastic rural house located in a quiet area of Massanet de la Selva with capacity for 16 people and with a beautiful garden area with swimming pool, petanque, barbecue and playground for the little ones. The house has 6 bedrooms: 4 of them are doubles with a king size bed and the other 2 have bunk beds (one room for 6 people and the other for 2). It has 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and it’s open to a bright dining room with an American bar. It also has a living room with a TV. There is an annex apartment for two more people, thus reaching a capacity of 18 people. It must be rented separately, and can only be rented with the entire villa. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and living room-kitchen and offers privacy from the rest of the villa. In the outdoor area, in addition to the pool with hammocks and Balinese bed, we find the barbecue area with outdoor dining room, chill-out area, ping-pong table, games for the little ones ... Rustik Lux is located 25km from the beaches of Lloret de Mar and its coves, as well as those of Blanes: Cala Treumal, Platja de Fenals, Platja de Sa Boadella, Platja de Lloret, Cala Canyelles, ... are some of the spectacular beaches and coves of the Costa Brava that you can visit. In addition, Rustik Lux is also a good starting point for hiking, cycling or mountain biking routes.
