The Newley remodeled Captains Room has a queen sized comfy bed, 2 big pool and canal facing windows. light hardwood floors with ceiling fan, alarm clock, night stands, TV, lamps and 2 large sitting chairs. Attached is a full private bathroom, newly remodeled with full tile shower, sink, toilet. Staying in the Captains room gives you access to the shared reading room, living room, dining room, kitchen, mud room, laundry room, swimming pool and deck with tiki bar, lower river dock for small boar dockage, swing hammocks, covered private back porch, 8 person Jacuzzi on patio deck with tiki bar and extra pool bathroom. 24 hour combination lock access, come and go as you please. Owners onsite occasionally, a cellphone call away if needed. Island Gift Shop, Golf Course, School House Grille, Browns Tavern, Harsens Island Historical Museum, Browns Field ball diamond, and Pickle ball/Tennis courts. Great Freighter views from around the world pass by on the North Channel Free Driveway parking. No public transport on the island but, amenities are within biking or golf cart/scooter distance. Ferry ride required to get to island, they run every 10 minutes during the day, every 20 minutes after dark.
