FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY 1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost. 2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home. 3) If for the reasons stated in Articles 1) and 2) you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked REMARK: • The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above. • Although the cancellation conditions listed in this policy apply to most of our holiday homes, it does not apply to everyone because some holiday homeowners offer stricter or more flexible policies. • At your request, our agents will notify you of the cancellation policy for each house you are interested in. • If your reservation is made before November 1, 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, if your reservation is made between November 1, 2020, and February 10, 2021, our old Covid-19 policy will apply. Villa Paula offers a very comfortable stay for 14 people with many fun areas. Villa Paula is located above a coastal road offering amazing views on the coast, sea, and valley in a very quiet environment. Accommodation is offered on two floors and is perfect for two or more families or friends and all exclusively for your use. Both floors are connected with the outdoor staircase and each floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room with sea views. The pool area is spacious and fully fenced with a lounge area and 8 deck chairs, a fun zone, and the gym next to it. Perfectly located to get to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants in 5 min drive, and to visit historic attractions and famous locations in up to 20 min drive (Trogir, Split, Solin, Klis). *The outdoor area offers a 9m x 4m heated swimming pool (depth goes from 1m to 1.5m) with 8 deck chairs, jacuzzi for 5 people, table tennis, table soccer, and a fitness room next to it with treadmill, bench with weights and exercise bike. There is also a large sun deck area surrounded by olive and palm trees (this area has a baby-safe door). A few steps up take you to the covered outdoor lounge area with sea and pool views. There are two grassplot areas and offer swing, slide, and some toys, perfect for your youngest, and located just next to the first covered outdoor dining area for 14 people. On the west side of the villa, a few steps up is a summer kitchen and a second covered dining area for 14 people with a traditional barbecue and a TV. NOTE: FROM 01.11.2020 TO 27.3.2021 THE POOL AND JACUZZI ARE CLOSED *The first-floor offers an air-conditioned living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with PS4, a balcony with a lounge corner, and amazing sea views. There is Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, and a balcony with sea views. A Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds 90cmx200cm and a TV. Bedroom No3 with double bed 140cm x 200cm. Bedroom No4 with double bed 140cm x 200cm. There is also a spacious family bathroom No1 with a shower and two sinks and a family bathroom No2 with a shower. *The ground floor offers an air-conditioned and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and exit to the first outdoor dining area, a sofa, and a TV. Bedroom No5 with two single beds 90cmx200cm. Bedroom No6 with two single beds 90cmx200cm with ensuite bathroom No3 with shower and air-conditioning. There is also a family bathroom No4 with a shower. A separate entrance from the outside is for Bedroom No7 with double 140cmx 200cm, air-condition, en-suite bathroom No5 with shower, and views on the sea.
