This Mic Mansion style townhome is brand new built Summer 2021 with all the amazing amenities it has to offer in Champions Gate Resort. Enjoy your private pool just off the fully equipped kitchen that is connected to the living room allowing space for the whole family! This home sleeps 8 guests with a Queen bedroom downstairs and a shower for guests who can't do the stairs. Upstairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms with a King size bed in the master with an ensuite. The second guest room has two twin size beds while the third guest room has a full (double) size bed. The two bathrooms upstairs including the master suite has a shower/tub combination. If you are looking for LUXURY, Champion's Gate is the perfect community to vacation in Orlando! While it is 15 minutes to Disney World, don't miss out on the golf atmosphere or the access to the community's HUGE waterpark! The community is surrounded by Golf Courses, tennis courts. Clubhouse Resort with great amenities, Two Pools including a lazy river, restaurant, gym, business center, family cinema and a game room without having to leave your community! Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this townhome. No parties or smoking allowed. Pets available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire first if you are wanting to bring a pet. Pool heat is an additional $35 per day with a 3 day minimum if you wish to purchase pool heat during your stay. Grills can be rented by a local company by the week for an additional fee. Our vacation homes include a starter kit for our guests. Longer stays may need to purchase additional supplies for their home. No parties are allowed at this property. No trailers or sixteen passenger vans. Vehicles must be parked within parking spot. No blocking sidewalks. Any violations may result in vehicles being towed. No pets are allowed in this vacation home. If pets are found in unit, this may result in immediate eviction and fine. The total price does not include the $85 property protection fee processed six days prior to arrival.
