Huge roomy house with large entertaining area. 4 bedrooms 2 baths. The boat dock accommodates 2 boats per visit. Located literally right behind Plantation Inn Resort & Golf Course, on the same canal. The boat ramp is located at the Plantation Inn Resort, this house is 100 yards behind the boat ramp. You can see the boat ramp from our dock. Large open family concept kitchen, dining room, and living room combo. Separate TV room for the kids to entertain in the back enclosed patio room. 3 Minutes from Three Sister Springs and Plantation Inn Golf Course is across the street. You can go scalloping, enjoy the springs, and golf all in one visit. Fort Island Beach area also has a boat ramp and fishing pier down the road. We own the vacant lot across the street that can be used to park your boat trailer. The shared swimming pool is shared with our other house guests across the street. I own that house and is a vacation rental as well. There are 2 boat dock slips on the property. One is for the house across the street, the orange color dock is the one assigned to this rental. Huge open house. Perfect for a family get-together. Enjoy seating out by the dock and watch the manatees.
