Beach Home w/Panoramic Water view & 2 King suites

Soak in the full beauty of the Northwest at our beach house in Seattle which features panoramic views of the water, Olympic Mountain range, and Bainbridge Island. You can kick back and relax while you sip your morning cup of Joe, BBQ on the patio and dine alfresco, practice your sun salutations on the roof top deck or simply watch the amazing sunset over Puget Sound. This 3.450 sqft home has two master suites each with its own bathroom, balcony, and king-sized beds. There is an oasis suite on the top floor that has a king bed, lounge area, and a large deck with outdoor furniture and a solar umbrella to enjoy the breathtaking view of the water. The other side of the suite has a balcony that overlooks the backyard. The suite’s bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and an oversized jetted tub. The open floor plan and large windows on the main floor provide sweeping water views while you cook, dine or relax in the living room. The living room has two seating areas and a 75” tv. The kitchen features a double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a subzero fridge. The windows let in a ton of natural sunlight and the double set of glass doors can all be opened to access to the main floor deck from the living room. The deck has a bbq grill and dining set for four. Our home is also an ideal place for a “flexcation” as you can work from home in a dedicated office space. There is a monitor, antimicrobial keyboard and mouse, as well as a printer and scanner. We have wifi and four smart tv’s three of which are over 65”. In addition to the two king suites, there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a kids room with two twin over full bunk beds. Get a restful nights sleep on our memory foam mattresses. We accommodate up to 12 guests so having two laundry rooms is a nice perk! Our beach house is also outfitted with a deluxe game room that features a 75” tv, shuffleboard table, foosball, a large assortment of board games and even a second full kitchen. If you want to escape to some Northwest greenery, then you can hang out in our backyard. Relax on the Adirondack chairs and make some smores over the Solo Stove firepit. We are located steps away from the beach. You can go for a run, paddleboard, kayak, scuba dive, ride your bikes along with shoreline, birdwatch and beach comb during low tide. The hub of Alki beach where all the action takes place is nearby. Rentable electric scooters are often left on the sidewalk across the street so you can cruise over there to grab a bite to eat, get a snack or have a drink. You can also go there to play beach volleyball, build sandcastles, and have a bonfire at the beach. If you want to explore Seattle’s more renowned tourist hot spots like Pike Place Market, the Pier and Great Wheel, the Space Needle etc then you can hop on the water taxi. You’ll have an amazing view of the downtown skyline while taking the 10-15 minute boat ride. The water taxi loading dock at Seacrest is only 1.3 miles from the house. The water taxi is also a great option if you are here to catch a Seahawks, Mariners or Sounder’s game.
