Description House and surrounding area The villa is tastefully decorated and designed, equipped to a very high standard. Located southwest of Óbidos, the villa is within walking distance of all amenities. The nearest beach is just 16 km away at Foz do Arelho, while the surf beaches at Peniche are just 15 minutes away. There are several supermarkets, banks, many restaurants and many shops within minutes in Caldas da Rainha. There are also some good restaurants serving international cuisine in the heart of Óbidos. Sobral da Lagoa has some small shops, a mini market and cafes, all within walking distance of the villa. The front of the house has a clean modern design, but is still essentially a very Portuguese house. The front of the villa leads to a car port and main entrance. The rooms are all spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped, bright and airy, connects perfectly with the rest of the house. The living room, facing the rear garden and the pool, receives plenty of natural light through large French windows with a 6-person dining area on the other side for those sumptuous meals enjoyed with friends and family. Outside the kitchen there is a spacious barbecue patio with bread oven, ideal for breakfast and outdoor tea, while you enjoy the great morning and evening sun. The other outdoor area that is really inviting is the pool area. The open terrace that connects to the lovely private pool at the rear of the villa, which has ample space for sun loungers and living room for at least 6 and is very safe and private.
