Basic but nice apartment for 4 people in Cala Ratjada, 800 meters from Cala Agulla beach. During the high season, you can enjoy lots of nice beaches, for example Son Moll, Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta and Font de Sa Cala. Cala Ratjada provides you with a wide range of restaurants, shops and there’s a lovely sea promenade where you can take long strolls. A 15 minutes’ drive takes you to the golf course of Son Servera and Canyamel. The picturesque villages of Artà, Capdepera and the Artà Caves are worth visiting. The apartment is on a second floor with no lift and there’s a furnished balcony, a living-dining area with TV, a kitchen with gas cooker, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub. A washing machine, fans and a cot upon request are available. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
