Just as you step out the front door, you are greeted by paragliders launching from one of the nations premier flight schools. Guests can also enjoy a short walk to the popular Arroyo Burro Beach, or the adjacent Douglas Family Preserve. The off leash beach and trails are fantastic fun for your canine family member, should they be traveling with you for your vacation. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an inviting living area. There is a plus one, multifunction room near the dining and living room that can be used as office space, a children's area, or with the available sleeper sofa, another bedroom for one person. We have reserved one bedroom without a television, otherwise, entertainment abounds. The ultra fast broadband internet and streaming ready smart televisions are sure to meet the needs of the well connected. The spacious kitchen has been fitted to maximize cooking or beverage preparation. Make a smoothie for the morning, or a blended cocktail after a day at play. There is room in the driveway for two cars and available street parking should you need additional space.
