Extended Stay $99 a day. Fully furnished & everything paid. My place is close to CVG, Amazon, & Cincinnati. 30 day minimum rental. Everything is included: gas, electric, WIFI, Netflix, trash, sewer, etc. Features three queen beds and two twin beds, 43" Roku TV on each level. NETFLIX and WIFI for all! Updated 1.5 baths. Kitchen has everything! Washer and Dryer & all bedding & towels are provided. Fenced backyard with fire pit and grill. This house is great for relaxing after work. Have home away from home, and invite your family to visit. Lots to do in the area. Quiet neighborhood / Off street parking You have the whole property to treat as your own during your stay. We will be glad to assist with any problem that might come up but other wise we will leave you to be at home. We are just a phone call or a text away. The house was built in the 50's and has been updated. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Being in Florence means you are close to everything. Our welcome book gives many suggestions on things to do and see, shopping, and restaurants. We ask that your treat the property and neighbors with respect during your stay. Quiet times are from 10p.m. to 8a.m.
