Our modern apartment has recently been refurbished and is located in a very modern urbanization called "Las Olas" in Arona. It has 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 5 people. It is a very bright 75 m² accommodation with an 80 m² garden and a fully equipped terrace. The apartment is distributed as follows: - 2 double rooms with terrace. - American kitchen, induction, equipped with everything you need to enjoy. (Refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.). - Spacious living room with satellite TV (Languages: Spanish) - Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. It also has an elevator, central heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, community pool, covered parking in the same building, wifi and alarm. In the communal areas we can find a large swimming pool with hammocks for you to enjoy and relax.
